Terms of Service

These terms apply when you buy a NexGen Tracker device or use our website, web app or mobile app. By using the service you agree to them.

The service

NexGen Tracker fits a GPS tracker in your vehicle and gives you access to apps that show its live location, trip history, route replay, zone alerts and over-speed alerts. Features may change as we improve the service.

Your account

  • Our team creates your account after installation. You can be signed in on up to three devices.
  • Keep your password and devices secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • Tell us quickly if you think someone else has access.

Installation and the device

  • Our technician installs the tracker at your home or office and checks it is live before leaving.
  • Please do not open, move or rewire the tracker yourself. Ask us and we will move it to a new vehicle.
  • [CONFIRM: The tracker has a X-month warranty. If it stops working within that time, we repair or replace it, unless the damage was caused by an accident, tampering or another installer.]

Fees and payment

  • You pay a one-time fee for the device and installation, then a monthly fee for the app and live tracking. Current prices are on our pricing section or in your quote.
  • [CONFIRM: You pay month to month and can stop any time. If the monthly fee is not paid, the app stops showing your vehicles until you renew. Your trip history is kept.]

Acceptable use

Use NexGen Tracker only for vehicles you own or are allowed to track. Do not use it to track a person without their knowledge and consent, or for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

What the service can and cannot do

GPS and mobile networks are not perfect. Location may be delayed or unavailable when there is no signal, the tracker loses power, or the vehicle is in a covered area. NexGen Tracker helps you know where your vehicle is; it is not an insurance product and we cannot guarantee that a stolen vehicle will be recovered.

Our responsibility

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, or for losses caused by network outages, tampering, or events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Pakistani consumer law.

Ending the service

You can stop the service by contacting us. You can also ask us to delete your account and data — see Delete Account. Your privacy is covered by our Privacy Policy.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. [CONFIRM: courts of Punjab]
