How to request deletion
- Send us a message from the phone number registered on your account, using one of the options below.
- Write "Delete my account" and the name on the account.
- We confirm it is you, then delete the account. We reply when it is done.
- WhatsApp: message us
- Phone: 0301 6630613
- Email: hello@nexgentracker.com [CONFIRM]
- Office: Daska, Punjab, Pakistan
[CONFIRM: You can also start the request in the app under Settings.]
What we delete
- Your account: name, phone number and email address.
- Your vehicles and all their location data: live position, trip history, routes and stops.
- Zones, speed limits, alerts and live location links.
- Signed-in devices. Every phone and browser is signed out.
What we keep
[CONFIRM: Billing and payment records, kept as long as the law requires (for tax purposes), then deleted. These records do not include location data.]
How long it takes
[CONFIRM: We delete your account within 7 days of confirming your request. Copies in our backups are removed within 30 days.]
Before you delete
- Deleting your account cannot be undone. Trip history cannot be recovered afterwards.
- Deleting the account does not remove the tracker from your vehicle. Ask us if you want it removed. [CONFIRM: any removal charge]
- To pause the service instead, simply stop the monthly fee — see our Terms of Service.
