Does the tracker drain my car battery?
No. The tracker uses very little power and rests when your vehicle is parked. Our technician wires it properly, so your battery stays healthy.
What happens if there is no mobile signal?
The tracker keeps recording where your vehicle goes. As soon as the signal returns, it sends the saved points, so your trip history stays complete.
Can a thief find and remove it?
We fit it out of sight, so it is hard to find. If its power is ever cut, the app shows the vehicle as offline with its last known location and time.
Who provides the SIM inside the tracker?
[CONFIRM: We fit the tracker with its own SIM, and its data is included in your monthly fee. You never need to top it up.]
How long does installation take?
Usually under an hour. Our technician comes to your home or office, fits the tracker neatly, and checks it is live before leaving.
Can I move the tracker to a new vehicle?
Yes. Message us and we move it and update your account. Your past trips stay with you.
Does it work on iPhone?
Yes. Open app.nexgentracker.com in Safari and add it to your home screen. The Android app is coming soon to Google Play.
Can I track more than one vehicle?
Yes. Add your car, bike and family vehicles to one account and switch between them in a tap. Five or more? Ask about fleet pricing.
Who can see my vehicle's location?
Your vehicles are private to your account. [CONFIRM: Our support team can view a location only to help you, and every view is logged.] A live link you share expires on its own.
What happens if I stop paying the monthly fee?
[CONFIRM: The app stops showing your vehicles until you renew.] Your trip history is kept, so nothing is lost when you pay again.
Is there a contract?

Is there a warranty on the tracker?
