This policy explains what information NexGen Tracker collects when you use our website, web app and mobile app, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Who we are
NexGen Tracker [CONFIRM: registered business name] provides GPS trackers for cars, bikes and fleets in Pakistan, and the apps used to see them. In this policy "we" means NexGen Tracker and "you" means a customer or a visitor to nexgentracker.com.
What we collect
When you contact us
If you fill in the contact form or message us, we receive your name, phone number, and anything you choose to add: city, vehicle type, email address and message. If WhatsApp is used, the message is also handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.
When you become a customer
- Account details: your name, phone number and, if you give one, your email address. Our team creates your account; there is no online sign-up.
- Vehicle details: the vehicles on your account, such as make, model and the name you give each one.
- Location data from the tracker: position, speed and direction, recorded while the tracker has power, used to show live location, trip history, route replay, zone alerts and over-speed alerts.
- Sign-in and device information: the phones and browsers signed in to your account (up to three), so you can see and sign them out.
- Billing records: the plan you are on and your payment history. [CONFIRM: how payments are taken]
Fingerprint sign-in and app lock run on your phone. We never receive your fingerprint.
On this website
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. [CONFIRM if tracking pixels are added later.] Our servers keep standard technical logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange the installation visit.
- To provide the service: show your vehicles, keep trip history and send the alerts you set.

- To keep accounts secure and prevent misuse.
- To send service messages such as alerts, sign-in links and billing reminders.
We do not sell your personal information or your location data.
Who can see your vehicle's location
Your vehicles are private to your account. If you share a live location link, anyone with that link can see the vehicle until the link expires (after 1, 8 or 24 hours, as you choose) or you stop sharing.
Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers to host our systems and to send messages and notifications. They process data only on our instructions. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, for example to answer a lawful request from the authorities.
How long we keep it

Your choices

Security
We protect your data with encrypted connections, access controls and limited staff access. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your password and phone safe and sign out devices you no longer use.
Children
Our service is for adults who own or manage a vehicle. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page, and tell customers about important changes.
